meet & greet

We talk. Lots. Usually over the phone. Often over a coffee. The more we know, the better we can help you to find a role that’s really well aligned.

we talk industry

We talk to you about what’s happening across the industry and where your ambitions would be best nurtured. We advise of vacancies (sometimes advertised, often not) that would be worthy of your consideration. We tell you who works there, what the role is, what to expect day to day and what to expect for your career beyond day to day if you worked there.

we approach companies

With your consent, we approach carefully selected companies and co-ordinate calendars so that you can talk to potential employers. We do this discretely, always. We keep talking and we keep guiding as much or as little as you need. This sometimes takes days, sometimes months. It’s your journey; we can make it work for you.

job offer time

You’re now receiving job offers. We guide you through the legal document if needed and help you to make an informed and exciting choice. We know our clients well – questions around car parking, work from home and other practicalities often come up at this stage. We are happy to help.

resignation process

Resignations are rarely enjoyable. We can advise and support here too.

with you all the way

We stay in touch with you throughout your notice period and beyond, well into when you start in your new role. The on-boarding – your first 4 weeks – includes a lot of change and re-learning. We stay in touch to ensure you’re feeling good throughout.
